Building a request is free and takes a couple of minutes — no card on file. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required before the build starts, and it credits toward your total. Your request stays saved on your account for 7 days and sits at "Awaiting deposit" until DCTB confirms payment, which is arranged over email.
